Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Bandroid, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users of Bandroid.

2. Description of Service

Bandroid is a band management platform that provides tools for scheduling, setlist management, messaging, gear tracking, contact management, and financial tracking for musicians and their bands.

3. Account Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bandroid. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Access is currently by invitation only.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create in Bandroid — setlists, songs, messages, and other materials. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload or share.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Bandroid for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy any part of the service
  • Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Harass or harm other users

6. Google Calendar Integration

If you connect your Google Calendar, you authorize Bandroid to access your calendar data as described in our Privacy Policy. You can revoke this access at any time through Settings or directly via Google Account Permissions.

7. Google Drive Integration

If you connect your Google Drive, you authorize Bandroid to access files in your Drive as described in our Privacy Policy, limited to linking documents to songs and converting files for setlist export. You can revoke this access at any time through Settings or directly via Google Account Permissions.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep Bandroid available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Bandroid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bandroid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will provide notice of material changes.
